flashnity operates this website as a commercial resource providing fast visual production tools and workflows for event coverage. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a binding contract under the laws of the United Kingdom.

Eligibility and permitted use

The site is intended for users aged 18 or over who are acting in a professional or commercial capacity. You may use the resource for quick media updates, camera flashes, lighting setup, studio cues and efficient workflows only in accordance with these terms. Personal non-commercial use is permitted provided it does not conflict with any commercial restrictions stated elsewhere.

Prohibited conduct

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape or redistribute any part of the resource. You must not upload content that is illegal, defamatory or infringes third-party rights. The site may reference or integrate third-party tools for media production. flashnity does not endorse or guarantee the performance of any third-party service and accepts no liability for losses arising from their use. You should review the terms of any third-party provider separately.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

flashnity aims to maintain continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be suspended for maintenance or legal reasons. flashnity may terminate your access if you breach these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law

The resource is provided on an as-is basis. flashnity does not warrant that the workflows or tools will meet every requirement or be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Proportionate limitation of liability

Subject to the previous section, flashnity total liability for any claim arising from use of the site shall not exceed the amount paid by you to flashnity in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies whether the claim is in contract, tort or otherwise.

You agree to indemnify flashnity against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from content you submit.

Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts and to benefit from mandatory local consumer protections.

Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date

If any provision is found unenforceable the remainder continues in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. flashnity may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
